  3. E-Store: The digital storefront created by the Trader using our platform.
  4. Consumer: Any individual or entity that purchases products or services from an e-store hosted on our platform.
  5. Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between the parties involved.
  6. Service Provider: Third-party service providers integrated into the platform for facilitating additional services like payments, shipping, etc.

Article 2: Trader’s Legal Capacity

  1. Traders must be at least 18 years old and legally qualified to establish and operate an e-store.
  2. If under 18, a Trader must provide written consent from their legal guardian.
  3. Entities (e.g., companies, charities) must have the legal and regulatory capacity to conduct business in compliance with applicable laws.

Article 3: Platform’s Commitment

  1. We provide the tools and support necessary to establish and maintain an e-store.
  2. Our services are limited to providing the platform and optional supplementary services (e.g., marketing, technical support, payment gateways).
  3. We are not responsible for transactions or disputes between Traders and Consumers or third-party service providers.

Article 4: Establishment of E-Stores

  1. E-stores must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
  2. Traders must disclose the nature of their business and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any e-store that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Article 5: Account and Registration Obligations

  1. Traders must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  2. Traders are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
  3. Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided during registration and updated as necessary.
  4. Any violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of the account.

Article 6: Communication

  1. By registering, Traders agree to receive communications electronically.
  2. Notifications regarding updates, offers, or changes to these Terms and Conditions may be sent via email or displayed on the platform.

Article 7: Amendments to the Agreement

  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  2. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments.

Article 8: Payment Services

  1. Payment services may be offered through third-party providers.
  2. We are not responsible for payment disputes between Traders and Consumers.
  3. Traders must set fair prices for their products and services and comply with invoicing requirements.

Article 9: Confidentiality and Privacy

  1. We adhere to strict standards to protect user information.
  2. By using the platform, Traders consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Article 10: Intellectual Property

  1. All platform content, trademarks, and designs are the exclusive property of the platform and protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. Traders retain ownership of their e-store content but must not infringe on third-party rights.

Article 11: Consumer Protection

  1. Traders must provide accurate descriptions of products and services and honor all commitments to Consumers.
  2. Any disputes with Consumers must be resolved independently by the Trader.

Article 12: Platform Liability

  1. We are not liable for disputes, delays, or losses arising from transactions between Traders, Consumers, or third-party service providers.
  2. The platform is provided "as is," and we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Article 13: Termination

  1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Traders may request account closure at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.

Article 14: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
